The location was quite convenient. the big c supermarket and starbucks across the street were useful. the staff was helpful with directions. i found the bed very comfortable too. I slept well each night.
the noise from the street was noticeable at times. it. i wish the windows blocked sound a bit more effectively.

the location is excellent, with a supermarket directly opposite. the staff were helpful and attentive. i found the bed very comfortable! complimentary snacks and drinks are available on the first floor, a nice touch that i appreciated.
The hallways could be a little brighter. They seemed a bit dark.

My room had bad lighting! There was also a dirty sofa. I found it difficult to get comfortable at night because of the traffic. The receptionist did not seem to care about the issues.

The staff were super kind I really liked that. Free water was available every day I took advantage of this. The room was big clean and very comfortable I relaxed easily.
The pillows on the couch had some noticeable stains which I found a bit off-putting
